What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a psychiatric evaluation as the basis of learning about each client. From there, brief focused therapy, medication management, and a mini mental health status are provided. My goal is to see you as frequently as is needed for stability to be maintained and for you to be comfortable.
What does a first session with you look like?
I will listen and you will be heard! It is so important for you to have someone to help you in improving your disposition, outlook, and mental health. Explanations are simplified and medications are considered WITH you, not for you. I do not propose to be compatible with all therapeutic goals, however, I am happy to refer clients when needed.
