What is your style/approach to therapy?

Trained in CBT approaches, I also incorporate mindfulness practices with a combination of other techniques including Gestalt to address the individual's specific needs.

What does a first session with you look like?

I take a client-center approach to assist individuals walking through the process of change. Meeting you where you are while helping you explore where you want to be and encouraging you to implement the steps that will get you there. The goal is to reach a level of learning that will allow independence and maintenance beyond the therapeutic room.
