What does a first session with you look like?
Seeking therapy is not always easy, from our treatment together you can expect a safe and non-judge mental space for processing your thoughts and emotions. A space in which you can learn about yourself and the why of your actions/reactions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Most importantly I take a collaborative stance. I provide support and guidance and realize that you are the expert of you. In the mental health world I am very much client centered and also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness type of skills to support my patients.
