What does a first session with you look like?

I would like clients to come away from sessions feeling like they were not only heard, but also have a plan of action for changing their negative situations!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I consider myself a person centered therapist in that I gear my techniques to fit the needs of my clients. I use a mixed of cognitive restructuring (challenging negative thinking), mindfulness (to provide calm and clairty), motivational interviewing (to determine your readiness for change) and structural family threapy to help you explore all of the factories in your life that may contribute to your life in a negative and positive way!
