What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Lucas Lengrand is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Maryland who has been practicing since 2022. He has a Master's of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Lucas offers client centered treatment based on a client's own unique strengths and experiences. He collaborates with clients to build insight and understanding through exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Lucas challenges clients to consider if these thoughts, feelings, and behaviors align with their own values and morals and learn to identify and reframe potentially unhelpful thoughts/feelings. He strives to assist clients in obtaining the personal growth that they wish to make. In his spare time, Lucas enjoys hiking, exercise and nutrition, cooking, and baking.
