I’ll help you communicate and understand the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in negative patterns. We will work together to explore these challenges, develop goals, and equip you with the tools you need to live adventurously, live boldly, and live a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I utilize a holistic approach with various traditional psychotherapy techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, DBT, and much more.
