What does a first session with you look like?
Beginning therapy is the first step in taking the wheel of your life. With each session I support and guide you in continuing to take that road you desire to achieve fulfillment, happiness, serenity, and peace. Often, I will check in with you to ensure you feel your sessions are going in the direction you'd hope and shift as needed.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Naturally, I lean into a more client centered approach as well as may integrate other evidence based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cbt, solution focused, motivational interviewing, humanistic and a systems model. I am open to utilizing any other modality you may feel comfortable with.
