What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Fletcher specializes in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, end of life concerns, chronic illness, disability-related concerns, and caregiver support issues. She works with adults to teach coping skills and provide support for these difficult life experiences/changes and works with each individual to identify patterns in their everyday lives and develop the best therapeutic plan of action for lasting, positive personal change. Her greatest joys come from watching her clients grow into the happiest versions of themselves.
