But the most important aspect of therapy for me is to see you understand your value as a unique human being and to see you honor your journey and resilience as you start witnessing your transformation. I believe therapy is a safe space to grow and heal. You are the expert on yourself and I provide the tools and skills that you need to get from where you are to where you want to be. We will have specific goals to accomplish and you will learn to challenge any sabotaging thoughts that are keeping you from seeing your true potential and power. I’m also a trauma-based therapist, if there is hurt from the past keeping you stuck in dysfunctional relationships or poor self-esteem, this is the space to grieve and finally put the past to rest. The third dimension of my therapeutic intervention is body-centered therapy and mindfulness in which you can learn to be more present with your life and be attuned with your body. In therapy, you learn to take care of your body, heart, and mind.
