What does a first session with you look like?

My role as a thearpist is to help clients leave sessions feeling in control of their own life and destiny. Clients who work with me should expect to be challenged to face their struggles with a supportive, empathetic, therapist by their side. I believe it my clients. "Grow happens at the end of your comfort zone." Allow me to provide you the confidence to push out of your comfort zone to make change and progress in your life!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

An eclectic therapeutic approach is utilized combining Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavior, and Attachment Therapies. This allows clients the space to explore current issues, past influences, and future implications. Lyn has recent training in mindfulness-based stress reduction and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy experience.
