What does a first session with you look like?
This is short term therapy and the first session will be intense. After this session we will have a good understanding of how to proceed. This process can be quick and can move present obstacles out of the way.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My method is a combination of different therapies mainly EMDR that combines cognitive behavioral, somatic, deep listening, focusing, and also the flash technique if needed. I also attended the Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland and work with clients dreams. Genograms are part of my practice if there is a complex family system.
