What does a first session with you look like?

Therapy can be the catalyst for discovering your strengths and building on them to create a more fulfilling life. My goal is to create a warm and accepting space where you can safely explore who you are and who you want to become. I believe you already have the answers, and my mission is to help you find what works for you.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach, but I’m familiar with a variety of proven therapies, so we can find what feels comfortable for you. I’m experienced in motivational interviewing, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
