What is your style/approach to therapy?

Treatment practices primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and motivational interviewing to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. I've has been serving clients who have experienced with anxiety, depression, life transition, end of life, grief, relational issues, anger management and gender identity.
