What does a first session with you look like?
During your first session the focus will be on what goals you are hoping to achieve. When you are with me, you have entered a safe space with absolutely no judgement and will leave feeling heard. We will utilize various type of therapy to help you reach your goals - I will meet you where you're at.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
We will utilize cognitive behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapies to help you reach your goals. I have been trained in EMDR and other therapies, but most importantly, I will always strive to meet you where you're at.
