What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will serve to explore salient difficulties, establish rapport and empathy, as well as to explore priorities in treatment. You can expect a very approachable and empathic therapist, willing to walk with you in your journey to reach healing and success.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I will use a combination of approaches, with emphasis in Cognitive-behavioral therapy and Applied Behavioral analysis. I will also keep a dynamic and humanistic view of clients' current difficulties.
