What does a first session with you look like?
I believe that you have full autonomy to make your own decisions as I provide insight and challenge your beliefs. I do not tell you what to do, I may highly encourage something but that is completely up to you to make your choice. My job is not to shrink your experiences, but to help you grow larger than them so the view is not as monumental. If you are willing to do the work, then we will see progress. This looks like you taking the suggested interventions we discuss and gaining awareness of your thoughts and behaviors to then make more beneficial choices for the next situations.
