General Office Hours

You can expect to take away a new perspective on life which ultimately contributes to improved mental wellness and well-being each therapeutic session. My goal is to provide you with skills and strategies needed to combat anger, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also like to integrate mindfulness/meditation techniques within session to teach you to separate your body sensations from thoughts and feelings to support you with gaining awareness of anxious/anger triggers in stressful situations so that you can manage symptoms as they occur in moment.
My approach to therapy is eclectic as the ability to be eclectic allows me to draw from different theoretical orientations within each session to meet the individual need of my client.
