What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will have an understanding of their psychiatric diagnosis, possible treatment modalities and theapuetic approaches to mental stability after each appointment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use various psychological tools based on Client's presenting symptoms to help refine and identify the Client's diagnosis. Medication management is conservative to ensure that the Client is empowered to make the decisions in the trajectory of their care.
