What does a first session with you look like?
I value your time and would like you to spend more time living and enjoying life than having to come to therapy. We will identify what is getting in your way emotionally and provide steps to move forward. It will be time well-spent - not wasted.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and help you change problematic behaviors. Talking about it is fine but then the key is to act on changing those behaviors.
