During the first session, you can expect us to identify your therapy needs and we will complete an assessment and treatment plan.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My preferred therapeutic model is Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I am trained in DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT. I want to be a safe/non-judgmental space for you to grow.
