What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy is holistic and addresses your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. I will consider all aspects of what you’re bringing through a trauma-informed lens and provide space for meaningful reflection and processing by integrating a collaborative CBT, DBT, and relational approach into therapy. Therapy, to me, is about healing any traumas, uncovering things about yourself, and obtaining coping skills to navigate everyday life.
What should we know about your experiences and background?
Working through an integrative approach, modifying modalities through a focus on the support of individual needs, I have experience working with a variety of individuals to address manifestations of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and attachment. I have clinical experience in treating adjustment distress and interpersonal relationship issues, and additionally have been trained in navigating grief, complex trauma and somatic anxiety.
