My Counseling strategies and Therapeutic models are directed by your need, relevant issues, situation and desired outcomes. I apply my training and skill as a Clinical Social Worker utilizing Psychodynamic Processing and and other Therapeutic Counseling techniques and modalities based on your personal needs and circumstances. I have more than 18 years of experience in this helping profession, and have worked with clients of various ages, ethnicities, and sociocultural backgrounds. I have worked with clients suffering from a range of issues from mood disorders, depression, anxiety, anger management, conflict, parental issues, substance abuse issues, grief and loss, trauma, social coping issues, marriage and family issues, and other mental health diagnoses.

My goal is to help you use your personal strengths and abilities to counter your discomforts, problems, challenges, and barriers to your sense of satisfaction, wellbeing and ease with yourself, your life, relationships and circumstances.
