What is your style/approach to therapy?

My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, in addition to other modalities that would better fit your needs. I also implement faith as part of your counseling, if desired.

What does a first session with you look like?

From the first session you will find a therapist genuinely concerned about helping you and committed to finding the best way to do it, through the different psychological tools. We will work together to identify the problem, as well as possible solutions. I will accompany you in the decision-making process and we will evaluate the results together. I am willing to support you until you recover the balance.
