What does a first session with you look like?
During sessions you and your therapist will explore what is stopping you from optimally living your life to the fullest and reaching your personal goals. You will collaborate on changes to thinking and action that can help you reach your specific goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
A certified trauma specialist who is trained in EMDR, DBT, RRT, ACT and CBT trauma focused therapy, and Smart Recovery. Sessions use a solution focused outlook and then draw from different specialties to work on change and solutions.
