You can expect a well prepared- for and organized format each session which allows for insight development through personal exploration as well as education about the most effective skills and strategies for your specific challenges. You will learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may have made sense in the past, but no longer serve you in the present or future success. If you are open to expediting your work, I am have a number of optional strategies that can be done in between session to heighten your awareness and build skills more quickly. This is not mandatory and nor is it the only way to achieve your goals. You set the pace.
