What does a first session with you look like?
After our sessions you can expect to feel empowered and heard. My goal is to provide a healing space where empathy is the catalyst to transformation.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am EMDR trained and operate from a trauma informed framework. Additionally, I utilize CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I am also well versed in holistic and spiritual approaches with the ability to meet clients where they are in these areas.
