Counseling is an opportunity to learn skills to: *enhance your wellness and improve your emotional resilience, *develop a healthy sense of self and be your genuine self *in a safe, supportive space. It is a collaborative effort between client and counselor and it is important for you to take an active role in your counseling sessions.

My treatment approaches are individualized to each person's needs. I use an integrative approach to counseling which is inclusive and open to using the treatment approach that will best fit the clients' needs. I work with: adults, teens, families, and marriage counseling. My foundation is the Person-Centered model of therapy, which aligns with my personal belief that individuals are the experts on their own lives and have the answers they need. Some of the innovation interventions I integrate into my practice are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self-Compassion and Self-Care, Mindfulness, Trauma Therapy and Behavior Modification.
