What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Maria Rojas is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor she attended Capella University and has received a Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling who uses a combination of concept from a cognitive behavioral perspective from behavioral modification, mindfulness, motivational interview, solution focused, reality based, and psycho-education with the goal to assist patients regulate their mood to live a functional and productive life. Experience includes working with adults, teens, children, families, and couples in individual and group sessions.
