Your first session will be different than your future sessions. You will be welcomed with a compassionate approach and I will inquire about who you are or what brings you to therapy. Some examples of questions could include... What are your symptoms? What brought you to therapy? What do you feel is wrong in your life? Some questions about your history, including your childhood, education, relationships (family, romantic, friends), your current living situation, and your career.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional that loves helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, what they value, and their goals for the future. My approach is warm and nonjudgemental with a great sense of humor. I am passionate about treating the whole person. I believe that mental or emotional struggles reside in both your mind and body. I will help you feel supported and guide you to learn more about yourself through a body-centric approach. I intend to help you feel a sense of relief while building insight during sessions about adaptive coping tools to use in your everyday life to help you better manage the intensity and frequency of your symptoms.
