In our work together my goal is to create a safe space filled with empathy and compassion. My role as your counselor is to listen, offer insight into your experiences, and provide you with helpful tools to manage stressors while building your strengths. I am confident that I can help you manage your emotional wellbeing more easily than if you did it alone.
