What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will include a comprehensive psychiatric assessment that will cover all of the concerns that you may have. I can give you different treatment options but your treatment plan is completely tailored and individualized for you and what you feel would work best. During our follow-up sessions, we will discuss your progress and any other concerns that may arise.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Medication management, Group and Individual CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), and psychoeducation.
