What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to increase their coping and stress management skills as well as a feeling of being heard, understood and validated. They can also look forward to finding solutions to their issues.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Psychoanalytically focused psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused modalities. Mindfulness and the connection between mind and body are also skills that I bring to sessions.
