What does a first session with you look like?
Usually during our first few sessions, you will provide me with details about the issues you wish address. After that, I will develop a treatment plan and we will review it together during one of your sessions. You will be welcome to help with this process, making you an active participant in your treatment. This treatment plan will act as a guide of how we will proceed with your treatment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use several different treatment modalities the clients. Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems are just some of the few.
