What is your style/approach to therapy?
I do not provide in-depth psychotherapy and is very often something that I recommend. In this case, I will refer you to a clinician who can offer you their expertise. The type of therapy I provide is brief, solutions-focused, and is in addition to medication management services you will receive.
What does a first session with you look like?
All visits are conducted via video on a secure platform. The first visit is about 40 minutes and is spent gathering information and becoming acquainted. Monthly follow-up appointments are about 20 minutes.
