What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, Life Transition, Men’s Issues, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress and Trauma / PTSD.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

I am always honored to be invited to journey alongside each client as they tackle their unique life challenges, assisting them as they tap into their unknown strengths and emerge with a renewed sense of accomplishment and belonging.
