What does a first session with you look like?
After meeting with me you will feel a sense of security and a positive outlook on your mental health journey. Overtime, you will have a sense of trust not only in me, but within yourself. You will gain strength mentally and physically to maintain ongoing healthy daily mental health.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I normally use medication therapy if indicated and some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Learning new coping mechanisms and how to channel negative thoughts are vital for mental health wellness.
