What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session, my goal is that you feel lighter and as though a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The methods I use to conduct therapy are current methods, and vary based on the needs of the client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care just to name a few.
