What does a first session with you look like?
Initial/consultation appointments are 60-90 minutes. During this time we will get to know each other, set our expectations of the therapeutic journey, and create achievable goals. Follow-up appointments are generally 45-60 minutes. While I do assign homework, it is not mandatory to complete. Homework is a way for me to provide you with additional tools to ensure you are able to reach your life goals.
