What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I've had my own mental health challenges and I've been in therapy for most of my life. I realized how important was for my personal growth to have a therapist and I believe everyone should have the opportunity. After being labeled as the "good listener" and "to-go " person by my friends, I decided that I wanted to become a Therapist and offer to others what's been offered to me.

In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?

I am a Highly Sensitive Person and my intuition is very developed, my personality traits are part of my approach and I use them to build a strong connection. Sometimes I integrate jokes and laughter to lighten the mood. I am also very transparent and anti-hierarchal models, which makes the environment laid-back and chill.
