What does a first session with you look like?
I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to process and work through unhealed emotional wounds so that you can experience mental wellness and feelings of connectedness to yourself and with others. I have experience with all types of issues including grief and loss, crisis stabilization, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma childhood disorders, and addictions
