What does a first session with you look like?
I see my clients as experts of their own lives, most of the times we dont take the time to work on ourselves. If you understand yourself will be easier to understand others and improve your relationships. I do therapy (emotional regulation) with personal development. I work from your emotions, in order to make a change. Are you ready to work on yourself?
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My goal is to provide you with resources to face any difficulty, and help you discover your strengths to be the best version of your self. I will challenge you to achieve and meet your personal goals by providing self-awareness, and confidence which will help you be more connected with your self and to enjoy your quality of life. I am trauma certified and used individual techniques depending on clients needs. Not everything works for everyone.
