What does a first session with you look like?
After a session with me, clients can expect to have a better understanding of their mental health condition as they can get an insight into their diagnosis, symptoms and potential treatment option. While we discuss their treatment plan, they can expect to receive personalized care and a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. This plan may include medication management, lifestyle adjustments and self-care strategies. Additionally, clients can anticipate increase self-awareness and coping skills as I will guide them through various therapeutic techniques to manage their symptoms effectively.
