What does a first session with you look like?
Sessions are catered to the client’s needs and are focused on meeting the client where they are at. Sessions can include coping strategies, psychoeducation, trauma processing, and/or relationship skills.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize EMDR strategies with many of my clients, as well as DBT skills, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and CBT.
