Solution focused - not just where you are, but also where you want to get to Strength based - you bring history and experience to the challenges you face, and we want to use that CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - recognizing how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all influence each other, and using that knowledge to make the changes you identify Body based - learning how to pay attention to your own unique inner voice, gut sense
Together we will identify the challenges you face, as well as your goals - where you want your life to be a month, 6 months, a year from now. Then we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there! You'll also get a bit more understanding of what you're currently facing, but with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be suggestions for homework!
