I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when indicated, and will often give “homework” for you to do between sessions. When Cognitive Behavioral therapy is not appropriate, I have used modalities such as solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
I believe that therapy is collaborative in nature and that you are the expert of your own life. I will work with you to identify personal goals and objectives for therapy, and provide you with a treatment plan that will be yours to keep and refer to in the future.
