What does a first session with you look like?
My specialties include mood disorders. anxiety management, overcoming addictions and helping people work through a history of physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual trauma, I welcome adults and adolescents who want a more peace centered life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville. I have worked in several psych hospitals and a nationally acclaimed addictions center. I use many modalities of treatment with an emphasis on CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I do not believe in a one size fits all model. Each person is unique and should be treated as such.
