My goal is to provide a safe environment in which clients can share their experiences and fully explore their unique challenges. Through non-judgment, curiosity, and dignity, I hope to foster a therapeutic relationship that will lead to renewed insights and progress toward your identified goals. In doing so, we will discuss developing coping skills and resiliencies to reduce symptoms and increase life satisfaction. Occasionally, I will ask clients to engage in homework between sessions to reinforce the work that we do together.

For those familiar with treatment modalities, I use a blend of humanistic, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed treatment approaches. I draw upon evidence-based interventions associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing. Essentially I believe that each person should have an active role in the healing process to achieve their desired goals. Through discussion, we will focus on developing insights into your specific issues and move towards making significant and permanent changes to reach self-actualization.
