What is your style/approach to therapy?

The first and most important treatment method we start with is really listening and understanding. Then, based on your needs, we move into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Sand Tray and other trauma based methods as needed For children and families, I am trained in and utilize Play Therapy, including Therapy and Circle of Security

What does a first session with you look like?

From the very first session onward, you will be given space to tell and explore your story. You will be heard with compassion and care. But we won't stop there. Because while having a place to really feel heard and understood is always a vital part of feeling better, it is usually not enough on its own. You will also learn some amazing tools that can really change the way you think and feel. This is the key to feeling better in the long run.
