What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to be challenged as well as nurtured during our time together. I provide a safe environment, in which I hope my patients grow to feel heard and understood.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe in applying the principles of counseling and psychology to diagnose and treat adults and children while helping each individual achieve a healthy sense of self & a strong ability to process life's challenges. When requested, she can also incorporate a sensitive Biblical approach to the techniques of cognitive behavioral & family therapies.
