What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect someone who has empathy, supportive and encouraging you to keep moving forward on your therapeutic journey. You can also expect to be challenged whenever necessary. After we've worked together for a while you will have gained greater insight, improved self esteem & appropriate coping skills to help you with your post therapy journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am eclectic in my approach because each person's issue is unique to that individual. I often utilize Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy Motivational Interviewing.
